The first, Santa Teresa, is a ten bag lot of Caturra variety. This coffee an excellent representation of a classic Costa Rica Variety grown in the classic region of Tarrazu, capturing what we love about Tarrazu and Caturra with bright acidity paired with nice structure. Drinking this coffee is like eating pancakes and drinking orange juice in the morning sun. With ten bags in this lot, we expect to have this coffee on the menu for about four weeks. The second is a limited selection of the rare Gesha variety. We only have 150 lbs of this rare and special treat, so don’t expect it to last more than a week on the menu. The high elevation is perfect for the already floral, explosive Gesha variety that is reminiscent of Ethiopian coffee. The excellent processing and drying clearly highlights this tropical, sweet, and sunny coffee.
