Madcap In Residency: La Marzocco Seattle

Starting June 6th through July 10th Madcap will be popped up in Seattle for the La Marzocco Residency program. You can learn more about the residency here. During our time here in Seattle while we pop-up at KEXP, we aim to share as much of our story as possible between June 6th - July 10th. Each week, alongside our cafés in Grand Rapids, we will be hosting a menu take-over to highlight, explore, and taste an array of coffees from partners we work with from 4 different countries. Week one begins with Ethiopia coffees, and week two is Colombia, followed by Kenya, then El Salvador, and finally our “greatest hits” from the month for the last week. Alongside our classic and carefully curated espresso menu we will be sharing house-crafted specialty drinks ranging from milkshakes, tiki-drinks, riffs off the negroni cocktail, and everything in between.
