At Madcap we seek coffee that is alive and inspires us. In practice, this means our Quality Control team spends a significant portion of the year outside of the country, collaborating with our long-standing partners and exploring new opportunities on the horizon. Although you may only see three to four dozen different coffees grace our menu each year, these coffees are the result of tasting three to four thousand coffees throughout the year to share the ones that we find truly exhilarating.

The 2019 Limited Edition Tasting Series is a journey in flavor featuring six coffees we could not be more ecstatic to share. This journey takes us across the globe, from Latin American producers growing rare varieties, to the world’s oldest producing regions in Yemen and Ethiopia. With broad diversity in terroir, coffee variety, processing technique, and individual craftsmanship, these coffees are connected by a common thread: each one is unique, rare, and absolutely exquisite.

Orders will be shipped the day of your selected roast. The set includes six limited edition coffees in 50g tins and an interactive notebook sharing the producer’s stories.
