Pairing the bounty of fruit flavors and creamy body from a natural-processed coffee with the delicate tea-like characteristics of washed coffee, both from Southern Ethiopia, we’ve created a sweet, fruit-forward cup reminiscent of mid-summer fruits harvested in West Michigan. This 50/50 split of natural and washed Ethiopian coffees is a great example of how two different processes can combine and make for an exceptional blend experience.
In the cup, expect clean berry sweetness balanced with bright sparkling citrus. This refreshing blend works well for filtered coffee, espresso, and shines over iced.
