The Rodriguez farm is a true family business. Gloria, the farm owner and family matriarch, has three generations with her on the farm. We’ve partnered with the Rodriguez family since 2008 and have witnessed the farm transition vintage-to-vintage, continually delighted with what each season brings. Known for its clean, bright acidity, Pacamara has become one of the most acclaimed varieties unique to El Salvador since its conception in the 1950s. We call this single origin Pacamara La Gloria after Gloria and the Rodriguez Family, the same family Madcap purchases Elefante and El Porvenir from. In this season’s Pacamara La Gloria, we’re enjoying vibrant cup clarity with notes of juicy grapefruit, turbinado sugar, and passion fruit.
