MARCH FOCUS - POUR OVER METHOD
In this beginner friendly class, guests will practice pouring on a Chemex set up, but are encouraged to bring in any pour over style brewer from home to troubleshoot with. Guests will learn how to taste coffee professionally, learn more about the equipment and variable factors involved in brewing a pour over coffee, and watch and practice a pour over in person with guided assistance. The class ends with a tour of our coffee roastery and time for Q & A.
